After achieving success with Jash Clay products, the group started with the manufacturing of alkali/acid resistant tiles with company name, KBC Refractories Pvt. Ltd. The companies are promoted by experienced and qualified technocrats in the domain of acid proof refractories with a single objective to offer the best.
Our company has established their one more manufacturing unit for Acid Resistant Brick and Tile in 2017 with name of New-Tone Industries.
We become Indias largest manufacturer of Acid/Alkali & Chemical Resistant brick and Tiles with manufacturing capacity 30000 MT annually from 2017.
The promoters have expertise in the area of machine manufacturing pertaining to ceramic industries and refractories.

In House Facility

The company possesses required machinery for manufacturing such as Extruder, Fully Automatic Hydraulic Presses, Friction screw presses, Ball mills, Clay Mixing Plant, etc .
There are Four tunnel kilns used for manufacturing of Acid/Alkali Resistant Brick which thickness is 25MM or more than 25MM like 30MM,38MM, 40MM, 50MM, 64MM, 75MM, 100 MM etc.
The company has one Roller Kiln used for manufacturing high strength Acid/Alkali Resistant Tiles which thickness is 8MM, 10MM, 12MM, 15MM, 20MM.
Production capacity is 30000 MT Annually.
