Our plant is spread over a vast area of 350000 square feet with annual production capacity of 40000 Metric Tons ACID PROOF BRICKS & TILES and 2400MT ACID PROOF MORTAR. Excellence emanates from our well equipped work area where strict adherence is maintained to in- production procedures from raw material procurement to packaging. Our plant is equipped with latest production facilities ranging from processing of raw materials to finished product which includes the modern bricks making facility as well as separate section for high purity bricks confirming to IS-4860, IS-4457 & ASTM -C279 standards.

This procedure is suitable for simple geometries and big quantities with excellent dimensional accuracy.Our kilns have been specially designed and modified based on the guidance of our R&D team and the experience that we have gained as veteran players in this industry. These quality tests are performed under the strict supervision of our highly technical professionals to ensure the quality of our products. Right from the selection of raw materials till the final supplying of our products, we leave no stone unturned in assuring the quality of our products at every stage.

Globally renowned Inspection agencies such as TUV, Tata Projects ,SGS India ltd and Bureau Veritas India Pvt. Ltd. etc. regularly carry out inspection & testing at our works, to their entire satisfaction.
The R&D department at Jash Clay products continually strives for better quality products, improved production techniques and greater customer satisfaction. We have developed many automated processes to design and fabricate varieties of Tongue & Groove, Circular Plug and Radial Bricks. At Jash Clay Products, we are aware that no industry is complete without a good machine shop. A lot of regular machine design and development work is done here, which has in the past improved our production efficiencies and quality.
